A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Wash Bay Attendant Job Summary The role of Wash Bay / Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the bus fleet. This includes cleaning bus interiors and exteriors, operating wash bay equipment, and ensuring that all buses meet company standards for presentation and sanitation. The Wash Bay / Cleaner works closely with operations and maintenance staff to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure buses are ready for service. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize bus interiors including floors, seats, and windows Operate wash bay equipment to clean bus exteriors Inspect buses for cleanliness and damage Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Follow all safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams for bus availability Report any damage or maintenance needs identified during cleaning Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team #SOU Ready Bus Average Pay Rate 18 Benefits and Total Rewards We believe in rewarding great people with meaningful benefits that support your health, growth, and long term success.
