As a Custodian, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas are spotless, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Your proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance will contribute to a positive experience for staff, visitors, and clients alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Assist with industrial cleaning projects and commercial cleaning tasks as needed to support facility operations Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, fixtures, and other surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or safety hazards promptly Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial settings is preferred, but we will train the right person Experience with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina for lifting, bending, standing for extended periods and performing manual tasks Basic understanding of facilities maintenance practices is a plus Join our team at Sundance BioClean, Incorporated and help us create clean, safe spaces that inspire productivity and comfort.
