Vacant Apartment Cleaner

Southside Property Management is currently hiring multiple cleaners for apartment turnover starting mid May through early June. We are flexible with scheduling, if you're looking for full time or part time hours, we have a position for you! 8-10 hour increments preferred. Required days are May 24th through June 2nd and Memorial Day availability is required. All apartments are within a one mile radius of each other, we try to schedule work by the building to cut down on drive time. We provide all supplies.

Requirements:

Reliable vehicle with the ability to haul vacuum and cleaning supplies. Hard working, strong communication skills, able to work quickly and effectively to meet deadlines and provide incoming tenants with a clean home. Stop by our office Monday-Friday between 9am and 4pm for an application, or reply for one to be emailed to you. Pay negotiable based on experience.
