You'll be working alongside the Community Manager and maintenance team to help keep this stunning property running smoothly. From supporting day-to-day upkeep to ensuring amenities stay in top-tier condition, your role is key to creating the kind of living experience residents love coming home to. The Role - aka The MVP of First Impressions As our Maintenance Porter, you're the reason residents (and prospects) say "WOW" when they walk the property. You'll be part maintenance, part detail expert, part cleanliness champion—and a huge part of what makes our community shine. What You Bring We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and on point Is reliable, self-motivated, and doesn't need to be micromanaged Notices the little things (because they matter) Likes staying active—this is not a desk job Works well solo and with a team No property experience? No problem. If you've got a strong work ethic—we'll teach you the rest. What You'll Be Doing >> Community Upkeep (Your Main Mission) Keep the grounds clean, polished, and free of trash and debris Maintain curb appeal across the entire property (because first impressions = everything) Walk the community daily to spot anything out of place Vendor tours and escorting throughout community All other duties as assigned >> Amenities Our amenities are a BIG deal—so you'll help keep them looking like new: Maintain 2 resort-style pools (cleanliness, organization, set-up) - We will even pay to get you certified!! Keep fitness centers spotless and equipment looking sharp Tidy up billiards areas, lounges, picnic/grill areas, and other common spaces Help maintain outdoor game areas so they're always ready for use Make sure the dog park stays clean and enjoyable for our four-legged residents >>Light Maintenance Support Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks when needed Report any maintenance issues you spot before they become bigger problems Help with light duties like bulb replacements, simple fixes, light painting, or prepping areas >>Seasonal & Safety Support Assist with snow removal and walkway safety in colder months Help ensure all common areas remain safe and accessible year-round Pull weeds, water flowers, light grounds >>Why You'll Love It Here Work in a brand-new, high-end community Be part of a team that actually values what you do Stay active—no sitting behind a desk all day See the impact of your work instantly (super satisfying) Opportunities to grow into maintenance or other roles over time >>The Bottom Line If you're someone who: Notices when things are out of place Likes to stay busy and take pride in your work Wants to be part of something new and exciting This is your chance to help set the standard from day one!
