Job Description

Easy Cleaning LLC is seeking dependable independent cleaning contractors to support our residential cleaning operations throughout the Milwaukee area. We are currently focusing on weekday daytime availability to better serve clients who prefer mid-day service windows.
Position:
Independent Residential Cleaner (Contractor)
Location:
Milwaukee, WI and surrounding areas
Schedule:
Weekdays only (Monday-Friday), 10:00 AM - 3:00
PM Pay:
Hourly rate (paid bi-weekly)
Type:
Independent Contractor (1099)
What We're Looking For:
Prior residential cleaning experience required Strong reliability when accepting and committing to scheduled jobs Must have reliable transportation Ability to consistently work weekday mid-day hours (10 AM-3 PM) Comfortable following structured, easy-to-follow cleaning checklists Must complete photo documentation after each job Detail-oriented, efficient, and professional in client homes
Job Responsibilities:
Perform standard residential cleaning services (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, etc.) Follow Easy Cleaning LLC's standardized checklists for consistency and quality Complete assigned cleanings within the weekday 10 AM-3 PM window Submit required before/after photo documentation per job Maintain high service standards and respect for client homes
