Duties Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure efficient cleaning and sanitation of commercial, industrial, or hospitality facilities Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet operational goals Conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to safety regulations, sanitation standards, and quality expectations Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper maintenance Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment for all staff Collaborate with management to implement cleaning & sanitation management plans that enhance overall facility hygiene Skills Proven experience in custodial services, industrial cleaning or commercial cleaning environments Strong staff supervision and team management skills with previous supervising experience Excellent communication skills for effective managerial oversight and customer service interactions Deep knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques Ability to lead teams efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety compliance Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Familiarity with laundry operations, hospitality housekeeping management or related custodial functions Join us as a Janitorial Supervisor to lead a dedicated team committed to excellence in cleanliness!
