Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner as an entry level school custodian. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene , ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Schedule:

Monday- Friday Full or Part-Time options Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, hallways, classrooms and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of cleaning equipment, trash removal, and moving supplies safely with proper techniques Use personal protective equipment (PPE) where appropriate and follow safety measures Maintain cleanliness of floors and assist with stripping and waxing Assist with window cleaning and other projects as requested Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure facilities are well-equipped Follow direction of lead custodian Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment used in professional cleaning environments Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including lifting heavy objects and operating cleaning machinery Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards in busy environments Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that make a positive impact!
