Fill-in Cleaners are responsible for communicating with the Account Manager and/or District Manager daily for dispatching them to the appropriate areas of the building each day. The cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. The assigned area(s) could be multi-tenant buildings, commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, financial institutions, or educational facilities. Cleaners must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. Must be flexible in other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESONSIBILITIES

Dust surfaces include desktops, cabinet tops, partitions, etc. Empty wastebaskets and recyclables; transport to designated disposal area. Sweep and mop hard surfaced floors. Vacuum floors using upright vacuum and/or vac paks. Spot clean carpet. Clean glass areas. Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. Clean restrooms and maintain supplies- ensure restrooms are stocked Polish metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.
