Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Auto Detailer and Porter, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help deliver exceptional vehicle care and customer satisfaction. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards while providing excellent customer service. Your efforts will ensure each vehicle looks its best and leaves a lasting positive impression on our customers. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including interior vacuuming, shampooing, polishing, buffing, and window tinting as needed Conduct exterior washes using appropriate techniques to ensure a spotless finish Assist with vehicle preparation for sale or delivery by performing touch-up paint work and minor cosmetic repairs Maintain cleanliness of the work area by performing janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Drive vehicles safely within the dealership or service area to move cars for detailing or customer pickup Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and ensuring their vehicle meets quality standards before delivery Support the team with general porter duties such as moving vehicles around the lot or service area efficiently and safely Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Experience with car wash techniques and vehicle detailing processes Knowledge of buffing, polishing, and window tinting is a plus Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred for maintaining a clean work environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for safe vehicle movement Basic understanding of automotive care and safety procedures This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in auto detailing, custodial services, and customer interaction.
