A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

There is opportunity for raises after training and tips are 100% yours! This is a part-time position. We try to build a schedule that works for you. The average schedule is about 10-30 hours per week. Hours between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Flexible options in between. We are here to support you. We provide all of the supplies you need. We take care of client management. The team likes to keep things positive. They're honest, reliable and look to create a great experience for clients and coworkers. No experience needed. We train you the MaidPro way! Training typically lasts 1-2 weeks Daily Responsibilities Professionally clean residential homes using MaidPro's 49-Point Checklist, cleaning procedures, and products. Performing interior cleaning Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks Scrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances Dusting ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs Vacuuming and mopping all types of flooring Home organization, staging and beautification Skills/ Requirements Likes to clean (No cleaning experience required!) Hard working and reliable Likes making customers happy Comfortable driving your own vehicle to and from cleans Willing and able to work in homes that have pets Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs as needed Important Notes Vehicle (your own) is required for travel to and from customer homes as well as current car insurance Drivers license required Driving record in good standing w/ insurance Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be willing to submit to a
