Flexible Monday-Sunday Scheduling Pay:
$17.00-$23.00 per hour based on experience and performance Learn a Skilled Trade with Hands-On Training Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleanup is hiring a Drain Cleaning and Sewer Technician to join our team in Weston, Wisconsin. No previous drain cleaning or plumbing experience is required. We're looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable with hands-on work, and willing to learn. If you have the right attitude and a strong work ethic, we'll provide the training and support needed to develop your skills. You'll learn how to identify and resolve drain and sewer problems for residential and commercial customers while gaining experience with professional equipment and plumbing systems. You'll learn how to inspect systems, identify problems, clear blockages, and properly use specialized equipment.
Your work may include:
Inspecting residential and commercial drain and sewer lines Clearing clogged drains using professional equipment Learning to operate drain snakes, sewer cameras, hydro jetting equipment, and other specialized tools Assisting customers with drain and sewer concerns Performing drain cleaning and routine maintenance Documenting completed work and service information Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicles Communicating professionally with customers Continuing to develop your plumbing and drain cleaning knowledge through field training What We're Looking For Experience is welcome, but it is not required. We're interested in candidates who are ready to work, learn, and develop a long-term career in the skilled trades. We're looking for someone with: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable attendance and a positive attitude Interest in hands-on, mechanical work Comfort learning to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Good problem-solving abilities Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, construction, maintenance, landscaping, utilities, automotive, mechanical work, or another hands-on field is helpful but not required.
