Job Description

Acuity is seeking a Custodian - Third Shift to maintain a high level of custodial detail for Acuity's executive space, including private and open offices, restrooms, a kitchenette, conference rooms, and common areas; dispose of confidential paperwork; and provide third‑shift custodial coverage outside of the executive area as needed.

FUNCTIONS
Details executive offices, administrative assistant offices and common spaces. Vacuums carpet. Dusts millwork, including overhead up to 20'. Cleans 7 restrooms. Cleans kitchenette. Practices secure paper disposal. Maintains ceramic tile and vinyl composition floor. Near perfect attendance and schedule flexibility to meet the ongoing demands of a dynamic environment/facility. Regular and predictable attendance. Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
High School diploma.
EXPERIENCE
Custodial maintenance required.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Confidentiality. Strong organizational, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to lift 75 pounds. Valid driver license. Ability to work under pressure, set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with management, maintenance personnel, and service contractors. •Acuity does not sponsor applicants for U.S. work authorization.• This job is classified as nonexempt.
