Schedule:

Flexible evening/overnight hours - Start times between 6:00 PM and 3:00 AM (we work with your availability to create schedules that fit; great for second-shift or night-preferred workers) Job Summary We're seeking motivated Inspector / Detail Cleaners to handle detailed cleaning, quality inspections, and touch-up work at commercial sites in South Milwaukee and surrounding areas. This role involves hands-on deep cleaning combined with inspecting and ensuring work meets our high standards for the highest quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as deep dusting, scrubbing and disinfecting high-touch surfaces, window cleaning, floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming), restroom maintenance, trash removal, and specialized touch-ups. Inspect cleaned areas thoroughly to identify and address any issues, ensuring the highest quality standards are met every time. Follow client-specific checklists and our company protocols to maintain safe, clean, and professional environments. Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to supervisors. Work independently or in small teams with an emphasis on efficiency and excellence. You're reliable to the core—always on time, with dependable transportation to reach downtown Milwaukee sites. You have a sharp eye for detail, spotting and fixing issues proactively to deliver thorough, consistent results that exceed client expectations. You're self-motivated, able to work independently during evening/overnight shifts without needing constant oversight, yet professional and communicative when needed. A clean background check is a must, and while prior commercial cleaning or inspection experience is a plus, we're happy to train motivated individuals who show strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
