JANITORIAL / CUSTODIANNX LEVEL SPORTS COMPLEX NX

Level Sports Complex is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Janitorial/Custodial team member to help keep our growing multi-sport facility clean, safe, organized, and ready for athletes, families, teams, and events. NX Level is a dynamic sports and entertainment destination featuring volleyball, pickleball, batting cages, golf simulators, athletic training, physical therapy, concessions, and other guest amenities . With leagues, tournaments, practices, events, and daily activities taking place throughout the facility, our custodial team plays an important role in creating a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Full-Time Janitorial/Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the NX Level facility. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the details, and understands that a clean facility is an important part of the guest experience.

Responsibilities will include:

Cleaning and maintaining restrooms, common areas, hallways, entrances, and other facility spaces Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning floors and surfaces Emptying trash and recycling throughout the facility Cleaning and sanitizing high-touch areas Maintaining clean and presentable athletic and spectator areas Cleaning around concessions, food & beverage, and other guest areas as needed Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies Responding quickly to spills, messes, and other cleaning needs Helping prepare the facility for tournaments, events, leagues, and other high-volume activities Maintaining cleanliness throughout events and assisting with post-event cleanup Following proper procedures for the safe use, storage, and handling of cleaning products and equipment Reporting maintenance issues, damage, safety concerns, or supply needs to management Assisting with general facility upkeep and other custodial duties as needed Taking ownership of assigned areas and ensuring they remain clean and presentable

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is: Reliable and dependable Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working in a busy, active sports facility Able to prioritize tasks and respond to changing needs Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and performing repetitive cleaning activities throughout a shift Comfortable working around athletes, families, children, teams, and large groups Professional, friendly, and respectful Willing to jump in and help wherever needed Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience is preferred but not required
