Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows across commercial and residential properties. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will ensure that our clients' windows are spotless, enhancing the overall aesthetic and safety of their spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your cleaning skills while working in a fast-paced environment that values precision and professionalism. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of windows on various building types, 75% residential, 25% commercial plus many hospitals, using appropriate tools and techniques. Comfortable with ladders, familiarity with interior and exterior window cleaning - water-fed poles are used on exteriors and mop/squeegee are used on interiors and hard-to-reach areas. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure streak-free, crystal-clear results on all glass surfaces. Conduct routine inspections of windows to identify any damage or maintenance needs, reporting issues promptly. Maintain safety standards at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale cleaning projects efficiently and effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, produce high quality results in reasonable timeframes. Experience Prior cleaning experience is highly desirable, with a strong emphasis on window or glass cleaning tasks. Must have ladder experience or display comfort with getting on a ladder on day 1. Demonstrated ability to perform commercial cleaning duties with attention to detail and safety with minimal supervision. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and techniques used in professional window cleaning environments.
