What You'll Do High-Rise Precision:

Safely operate rope descent systems (RDS), swing stages, Bosun Chair, lifts, water-fed poles, and specialized equipment to maintain the exterior of major commercial landmarks.

Low-Rise & Ground Detail:

Provide exceptional clarity and streak-free results for storefronts, residential properties, and smaller commercial buildings.

Property Maintenance:

Assist with specialized services like pressure washing to keep our clients' properties in top shape.

Safety First:

Strictly follow all OSHA and industry safety protocols, including meticulous inspections of fall-protection gear.

Collaborative Success:

Work alongside a skilled crew to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

What We're Looking For Technical Familiarity:

Comfort using harnesses, ropes, bosun's chairs, and lifts.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift equipment, climb, and work outdoors in various Minnesota weather conditions.

Detail-Oriented:

A passion for delivering high-quality, professional results.

Reliability:
