Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. Responsibilities Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and dusting Handle floor care tasks including buffing and waxing Conduct industrial cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed Support in maintaining the organization's standards of cleanliness Perform porter duties to keep all areas clean and organized Requirements Proven experience in custodial, commercial, or residential cleaning Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail to ensure high cleaning standards are met Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks is a plus
