Cleaning Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in a medical clinic setting. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.

Location:

Bruceton Mills, WV Work Schedule:

Monday-Wednesday 7pm-10pm, Friday 5pm-8pm. (15hrs total per wk.) Holidays off.

Starting Pay:

$18.00/hr. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and restrooms using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soaps, and other consumables as needed. Dispose of waste materials properly and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within designated timeframes. Requirements Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 25 pounds, and stand for extended periods. Good communication skills and a professional attitude. Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role.
