Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Hiring Custodian/Janitor/Maintenance employees in the Gary, WV & McDowell County area. Medical, Dental and Vision insurance plans offered after 60 days. Must be able to pass a drug test. Must have a clean background. Must have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record. Must have reliable transportation. Employer provides uniform (except steel toed boots) and all basic/entry position training. Must be 18 years old or older.

CUSTODIAL & MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEES JOB DUTIES & DESCRIPTION

Custodian and Maintenance employees are responsible for detailed cleaning of any and all facilities including offices, bathhouses, buses, etc.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE JOB DUTIES & DESCRIPTION

General Maintenance employees are responsible for displaying or removing necessary signage, painting, trash disposal, and more general labor and maintenance tasks.
