Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and safe for clients and staff. This position requires an individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure a clean and tidy environment. Clean windows, walls, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques. Dispose of trash and recycling materials in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain consistency in service delivery. Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition. Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day.
