Part-time, Contract Job Overview:
We are seeking several dedicated on-call Cleaners to join our team for Airbnbs and properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at our facilities.Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are cleaned in a timely manner
Skills:
- Experience in floor care, including mopping, buffing, and waxing
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients and address their needs
- Knowledge of laundering techniques for cleaning linens and towels
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices for efficient task completion
- Ability to perform custodial duties, maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Experience in residential and commercial cleaning procedures
- Basic cooking skills for occasional kitchen cleaning tasks
