Job Description

Evening Facility Cleaner Location:
Morgantown, WV & Sabraton, WV 2 sites to clean per shift
Shift:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM (15 hours per week)
Position Type:
Part-Time / Non-Exempt Looking for a predictable part-time evening role? We are hiring dependable Cleaners to support client facilities in Morgantown and Sabraton. This position offers a steady, 15-hour weekly schedule across three set weekday evenings— ideal for anyone seeking steady, part-time hours or reliable supplemental income.
Key Job Highlights Fixed Part-Time Schedule:
15 set hours per week (5 hours per night: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
Consistent Days Off:
Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays off every week.
Predictable Routine:
Regular evening hours in professional commercial environments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities You will play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and functional environments for our clients:
Floor Care:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned floor areas; operate basic floor care equipment as instructed.
Surface Cleaning:
Dust fixtures, surfaces, and furniture; clean glass doors, mirrors, and interior windows.
Restroom Sanitization:
Clean, sanitize, and restock supply dispensers in all assigned restrooms.
Waste & Recycling:
Collect and dispose of trash and recycling in designated external collection containers.
Inventory & Reporting:
Monitor onsite supply inventory levels and promptly report building maintenance or safety issues to management.
Other Duties:
Perform other related duties as assigned to meet business needs. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive cleaning motions for the duration of a 5-hour shift. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 35 lbs. (trash bags, buckets, supply boxes). Ability to work around standard commercial cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements Reliability:
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and consistent attendance.
Transportation:
Dependable personal vehicle, vehicle insurance and valid driver's license required. Shift duties involve traveling between two local facilities during the 5-hour shift (travel time between sites is paid work time).
Communication:
Ability to understand, follow, and execute written and verbal instructions.
Background Check:
Successful completion of a pre-employment background screening and MVR, where applicable by law.
