We are currently growing and are looking for experienced individuals to support us in this endeavor. Job Description Part-time custodial position in Flatwoods/Sutton WV area. Responsible for keeping premises of office buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following job duties: Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, surfaces (including marble), and trim. Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas. Sweeps and scrubs floor. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Dusts furniture and equipment. Washes windows, door panels, and sills. Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays. Transports trash and waste to disposal area. Replenishes bathroom supplies. Sweep and pickup trash on the parking lot and entrances or as specified by contract. Cleans all sinks, commodes, and mirrors. Maintain janitorial equipment and supplies to ensure economical use thereof. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred, and one to three months experience and/or training. Prior custodial experience strongly preferred. Must have ability to pass criminal background check. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Judgment must be used if items weigh over 25 pounds. Must have reliable transportation. Additional Information Part-time position.
