A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Cheyenne, WY About Apex Property Care Apex Property Care is a fast-growing exterior cleaning company specializing in residential and commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, gutter guard installation, and seasonal holiday lighting. We pride ourselves on professionalism, attention to detail, and delivering five-star customer service. Position We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Exterior Cleaning Technician who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in producing exceptional results. Responsibilities Residential and commercial window cleaning Water-fed pole window cleaning Traditional squeegee window cleaning Screen removal, cleaning, and installation Vacuuming window tracks and cleaning sills Gutter cleaning Gutter guard installation Pressure washing and soft washing Driving company vehicles and trailers Equipment maintenance and daily job setup Communicating professionally with customers Maintaining a clean, organized work environment Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to lift 75 lbs Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Construction, window cleaning, roofing, or landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
