Supervises, directs and/or performs the full range of custodial duties as they relate to the care, maintenance, and cleaning of assigned buildings and facilities. Manges and develops custodial services, activities and events. Supervises or performs event set up and tear down. Provides customer service. Provides other assistance as required by individual event and/or user. Manges employees, creates a monthly budget and work schedules. Approves and submits timecards.
