307 Meat Company is seeking a reliable, hardworking, self-motivated Janitorial Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment throughout our facility. This role is crucial to our daily operations and overall food safety compliance. Successful person will need to be able to work alone and stay on task without constant direct supervision. 307 Meat Company is one of Wyoming's newest and most modern USDA inspected meat processing facilities. 307 Meat Company is dedicated to sustainable local food production, specializing in assisting direct to consumer meat companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily wash-down and scrubbing of facility hallways including floor and walls. Sweep and mop breakroom, restrooms, offices, and warehouse areas to maintain cleanliness standards. Clean and sanitize carcass coolers according to food safety and sanitation protocols. Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques. Manage facility laundry, including aprons, towels, and uniforms including, washing, drying, and storage. Clean windows and doors to ensure visibility and hygiene. Maintain restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, floors, and replenishing supplies. Remove and properly dispose of trash and throughout the facility. Assist in monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate restocking needs. Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications:

Prior janitorial or sanitation experience required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in cool or cold environments (e.g., carcass coolers). Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks. Reliable transportation required.

Working Conditions:

Work may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and strong odors. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Afternoon/evening shift.
