Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Site Cleaner to support the cleanliness, safety, and organization of rural job sites. In this essential role, you will help maintain work areas, remove debris, manage materials, and ensure the site remains safe and accessible for crews, contractors, and visitors. Your proactive approach to cleanup and site maintenance will directly support productivity, reduce hazards, and keep projects moving smoothly. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in physical work, enjoy being outdoors, and understand the importance of maintaining a clean, safe construction environment. Responsibilities Perform routine site‑cleaning tasks including sweeping, debris removal, material organization, and trash disposal across all designated work areas. Safely handle cleaning agents and chemicals according to established safety protocols. Operate construction‑grade cleaning tools and equipment such as shop vacuums, sweepers, and scrubbers when required. Conduct heavy lifting using proper manual handling techniques to move materials, supplies, and equipment. Maintain site facilities and report any issues requiring professional repair or attention. Follow all safety procedures to ensure a hazard‑free environment for crews and visitors. Support cleanup needs during active construction phases, special projects, or extended‑hour operations. All water is non‑potable.

Required PPE:

High‑visibility vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and steel‑toe boots (provided by customer).

Work effectively around others and maintain professionalism in a 24‑hour operational environment. Requirements Previous experience in construction, industrial, or commercial cleaning preferred.

Knowledge of safe cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and chemical handling. Ability to operate commercial or construction‑grade cleaning equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safe, clean work areas. Excellent time‑management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while following all safety protocols.
