Job Description

Greensky Commercial Cleaning is seeking a motivated and detail oriented
NIGHT TIME
Janitor/Cleaner to join its dynamic team. In this vital role, you will ensure that client buildings remain spotless, safe, and welcoming for everyone. Your energy and dedication will help maintain high standards of cleanliness across various commercial spaces, contributing to a healthy and productive atmosphere. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your cleaning expertise in a fast-paced environment while supporting the overall maintenance of client facilities.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Conduct routine custodial tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, window washing, and surface disinfecting to uphold hygiene standards. Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate team members. Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas according to established protocols and safety guidelines. Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure safety for yourself and others.
Requirements:
Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, including floor care, and industrial cleaning methods. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums and floor scrubbers effectively. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
