Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit transactions. Assist with food handling and preparation in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area by bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment for customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Follow all restaurant policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Help train new crew members as needed, sharing your knowledge of best practices in customer service and food handling. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic knowledge of cash register operations is a plus. Familiarity with culinary practices and food handling standards is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
