You will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages while ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment. A passion for food and customer service is essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly demeanor. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register or Square POS system. Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items and making recommendations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong math skills for cash handling and making accurate change. Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems, particularly Square POS, is a plus. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A passion for boba tea and knowledge of boba tea preparation methods is desirable. Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
