As a vital part of our kitchen operations, you'll contribute to food preparation, maintain cleanliness standards, and support the smooth flow of restaurant activities. Whether you're experienced in restaurant settings or eager to develop your kitchen skills, this paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow in a lively, fast-paced environment. Duties Assist in food preparation and cooking to ensure timely service and high-quality dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including cleaning surfaces and equipment Support food handling procedures following safety standards to ensure hygiene and quality Help with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks, such as moving supplies and ingredients safely Serve food and beverages efficiently during busy service periods, including food running duties Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold health regulations and quality standards Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure guest satisfaction Skills MUST have proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices Excellent communication skills for in-person customer service and team collaboration Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting with proper techniques Experience with culinary tasks like cooking, food running, serving, and banquet support preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
