Responsibilities Coordinate food plating and presentation to ensure dishes meet quality standards before serving Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to confirm order accuracy and timing Assist with food preparation tasks, including garnishing and portioning, to support kitchen operations Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines Support banquet and event setups by organizing dishes and assisting with serving as needed Buss tables efficiently by clearing plates and maintaining a clean dining area throughout service Maintain clear communication with servers, chefs, and management to deliver seamless service experiences Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation, plating techniques, and presentation standards Experience with banquet service or large-scale catering is a plus Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper handling procedures Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively within a team Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail Culinary or kitchen experience that demonstrates a passion for quality food presentation Join us and bring your passion for hospitality and culinary arts to life!
