The Horny Toad-Kitchen Staff

We are looking for a disciplined, high-energy individual to join our culinary team. This isn't just a job in a kitchen; it's a role for someone who takes pride in consistent execution and thrives during a high-volume rush. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organized station, and working seamlessly with the front-of-house to ensure every guest has a great experience.

Station Management:

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies; prepare components for service (chopping, sauce prep, etc.).

Quality Control:

Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff to meet specific recipes and presentation standards.

Efficiency:

Maintain a fast pace during peak hours without sacrificing plate consistency or safety.

Sanitation:

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations; maintain a "clean as you go" workspace.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the management team and fellow staff to improve kitchen workflow and minimize waste.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen or fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods (grilling, frying, sautéing).

Reliability:

A proven track record of punctuality and a strong work ethic.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:
