Full Job Description Crew Member Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
• Take orders and accurately enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
• Follow food safety procedures to ensure safe handling and storage of food items
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-food establishment is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
