Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and cooking, following established recipes and safety standards. Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage. Support banquet events by preparing and presenting food efficiently and professionally. Buss tables and clear dishes to keep the dining area tidy and ready for guests. Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service. Follow all food safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Contribute to inventory checks by reporting shortages or issues with supplies. Skills Experience in food service, restaurant work, or hotel hospitality is a plus but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is key! Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions. Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of basic food handling, safety procedures, and culinary practices. Willingness to develop new skills in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
