Job Type:

Part-Time (Primarily Evening & Closing Shifts) We are a small, family-owned restaurant run by a husband-and-wife team looking to add a dependable third team member to our crew. This role is essential to our daily operations and will primarily focus on kitchen prep, dishwashing, cleaning, and closing duties, with occasional front-of-house support as needed. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients according to recipes and food safety standards Wash, cut, portion, and organize food items Maintain a clean and organized prep area Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly Take out trash and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness Complete detailed closing cleaning tasks to ensure the restaurant is ready for the next business day Sweep, mop, sanitize surfaces, and break down stations at closing Operate POS system and accurately ring up customer orders as needed Provide friendly and professional customer service Restock front counter supplies including containers, bags, utensils, condiments, and other items Assist with general organization and inventory rotation

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to work evening and closing shifts consistently Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Comfortable multitasking between kitchen and front-of-house duties Basic math skills for operating POS system Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to [XX] lbs Attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
