WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Executing pizzas consistently, every shift (same quality, same timing) Managing your station: dough, toppings, prep, cleanliness Showing up on time, every time — ready to work Following systems, recipes, and standards without shortcuts Communicating with the team during service Maintaining speed under pressure without losing quality ✅

WHAT WE EXPECT

Solid experience as a pizzaiolo (stretching, oven work, high volume) Accountability — you own your station, your prep, your results Discipline and attention to detail Clean, organized, professional mindset Ability to perform during busy service (no excuses) Team player with a strong work ethic
