Operate POS systems such as Aloha and Micros to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, including taking orders, upselling menu items, and handling special requests. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following sanitation protocols and food safety guidelines. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Uphold food safety standards through proper food handling, sanitation practices, and cleanliness routines. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Support team members during busy periods by collaborating effectively and maintaining a fast-paced workflow. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; culinary or café experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude. Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Prior experience in retail sales transactions or cashiering is beneficial but not required. Pay:
