Job Description

Tea Hut in Berkeley, CA is looking for Kitchen Staff to join our team. We are located at 1801 Shattuck Ave, Berkeley
CA 94709.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients, teas, toppings, and kitchen products according to standard recipes and procedures . Follow recipes exactly to ensure consistent quality every day. Plan and prioritize tasks to complete daily prep efficiently and on schedule . Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen throughout the shift. Label, rotate, and store ingredients properly using FIFO practices. Monitor inventory and communicate when supplies are running low. Wash dishes, sanitize equipment, and keep workstations stocked and ready. Communicate with the front-of-house team to support smooth daily operations. Our Ideal Candidate Follows recipes exactly—not by memory or estimation. Keeps the kitchen neat and organized at all times. Plans ahead and finishes prep work efficiently.
