Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring proper sanitation throughout the restaurant. Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties to support smooth operation during busy hours. Manage time effectively to serve guests promptly and ensure quick service in a fast food or quick service restaurant setting. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management. Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience in culinary arts or kitchen environments is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
