Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality and consistency Support cooking activities by following safety standards and proper techniques to deliver delicious dishes efficiently Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety standards Help with food handling procedures, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and sanitation practices are followed at all times Support banquet and catering events by preparing ingredients and assisting with large-scale food service operations Buss tables and clear dishes promptly to keep the dining area organized and ready for guests Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Kitchen experience involving food preparation, cooking, or food handling is preferred Experience working in banquet settings or hotel kitchens is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve guests professionally Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices is essential Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service principles enhances your ability to excel in this role Join us if you're eager to develop your culinary skills while contributing to a vibrant hospitality environment!
