This position will give you the opportunity to represent the brand's unique products such as bulgogi flavor burgers, Shake it Fries! to Bingsu dessert. In this role, you will practice new set of skills either connecting directly with guests and or cooking and grilling unique products. Lotteria Fullerton is the pioneer in bring the brand to the USA. A Lotteria crew member is responsible for ensuring the success of every customer experience. A person in this role processes and prepares orders, contributes to maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, and promotes teamwork while ensuring a swift pace of service. The Crew Member is an ambassador who represents the Lotteria brand appropriately and positively to every customer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Take orders over the counter, at drive through stations (inside and outside) Provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless and positive experience to every guest Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change and receipts, ensuring accuracythroughout Cook customer orders, operating grill station, fry station, etc. Fulfil customer drink and dessert orders Package and deliver customer orders at the restaurant Ensure order accuracy at every stage, from order-taking to delivery Ensure food safety practices are adhered to at all times, following food-handler's guidelines Maintain speed of service at all times Promote teamwork by collaborating with other crew members and managers to meet goals and deliver efficient service. Maintain a clean work environment, including kitchen, dining, and restroom areas; follow sanitation protocols. Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring FIFO (first-in, first-out) practices are followed Monitor and restock supplies, and alert your supervisor of low supply Participate in dishwashing and other cleaning duties

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a fast-paced restaurant/kitchen environment. This role routinely uses a variety kitchen utensils and equipment, such as knives, range tops, fryers, ovens, sinks, and dishwashers, as well as tools to calibrate and clean them. Employees in this role are frequently exposed to hot cooking surfaces, hot water, a walk-in refrigerator and freezer, potentially slippery floors, and cleaning chemicals. Noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud. TRAVEL Occasional travel may be required for off-site meetings, training, and events.
