Job Description
Job Overview Join the The French Avenue team at Irvine Spectrum! We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated people to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. If you love sweets and working in a dynamic environment, we'd love to meet you. Duties - Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Preparation of food items such as crepes, sandwiches, and drinks Operation of the Point of Sale machine Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen equipment, and food preparation surfaces. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies. What we're looking for - Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to lift 30+ lbs and stay on feet for several hours at a time. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Current Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain one
