Le Shrimp Noodle Bar is one of the brands under Paradise Group. Paradise Group houses a total of 11 culinary concepts across 9 countries, serving customers at close to 50 restaurants in Singapore and more than 60 restaurants worldwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Kitchen Crew for our Irvine Spectrum location.

Pay:

Base $17.00/hour + Tips = Estimated $20.50 - $29.50/hour Responsibilities Set up of all ingredients for menu items according to station par prior to beginning of service. Prepare all work menu items to recipe specification safely and efficiently. (Wash, cut, measure, and prepare food for cooking). Assemble orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that presentation standards are met before serving to customers Restock, organize, and maintain the backup of all ingredients. Responsible for teamwork with other stations, inter-station timing, and communication. Place all items into clean containers, labeled with date, and stored in the walk-in at the end of the shift. Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations. Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations. Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Performing other duties as assigned. Note

Requirements Prior experience in a kitchen environment, including basic food preparation and/or dishwashing, is preferred but not required.
