Position Overview The Production Associate plays a critical role in our central kitchen operations, supporting high-volume meal production that powers Instachef's automated hot food service. This position is responsible for preparing ingredients, executing recipes, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment while consistently delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities Ingredient Preparation:
Weigh, measure, and prepare raw ingredients according to established recipes and production schedules.
Cooking, Mixing, & Packaging:
Operate kitchen equipment to cook, mix, and package food products while ensuring consistency and quality.
Recipe Adherence:
Follow standardized recipes and production guidelines to produce consistent, nutritionally balanced meals.
Food Safety Compliance:
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of raw and cooked products.
Equipment & Workspace Maintenance:
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and organized production environment.
Batch Documentation:
Record batch information, ingredient usage, and production data for quality control and traceability.
Inventory Support:
Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing ingredients and supplies, including proper inventory rotation.
Health & Safety:
Follow all company safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience in food preparation, commercial kitchens, or food production preferred but not required.
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physically demanding tasks. Attention to

Job Type Part-Time Pay:
