MORNING & EVENING SHIFTS

30242 Crown Valley Pkwy Ste B4A 4B, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677 We are looking for a positive, reliable, and motivated Crew Member to join our fast-casual restaurant team. This is a cross-trained position , meaning team members work both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) , supporting all daily operations as business needs require. Our kitchen is open-style , and teamwork, communication, and guest experience are essential. Front of House (FOH) Create a memorable guest experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality are of the highest standards. Report to work on time and as scheduled. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment , meeting guest needs in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. Ability to multi-task. Provide excellent guest service at all times. Have in-depth menu knowledge and answer all guest questions with accuracy and tact. Have strong communication and attention to detail. Be self-motivated and have willingness to learn and grow. Be a team player, assisting co-workers whenever needed. And other duties as assigned. Back of House (BOH) Assist with food preparation following recipes and portion standards Assemble menu items quickly and accurately Support line operations during peak hours Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines Assist with restocking, prep, and closing duties

KEY Responsibilities:

Welcoming Guests:

Taking Orders:

Accurately take orders at the counter or tables and answer any menu-related questions.

Serving Food:
