Job Responsibilities Prepare fresh poke bowls, salads, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards. Accurately prepare, package, and organize online, takeout, and delivery orders. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring every customer has a great experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining area. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift. Restock ingredients, sauces, and supplies to keep operations running smoothly. Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner rushes while maintaining quality and accuracy. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work as a team to provide fast, friendly, and high-quality service. Qualifications Restaurant experience is required. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or quick-service restaurant is strongly preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure. Positive attitude, dependable, and a strong work ethic. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
