They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. The Utilities Team Member treats those they work with, as well as guests, with honor, dignity, and respect - all day, every day. The Utilities Team Member is responsible for the repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness of the restaurant. The Utilities Team Member seeks to provide guests with a remarkable dining experience each and every day by working as a team to give each guest the quickest, highest quality personalized experience possible. The Utilities Team Member also treats those they work with, as well as guests, with honor, dignity, and respect - all day, every day. A Utilities Team Member will receive proper training in their role and should be able to execute excellence within each position.

Perform tasks at a pace that can keep up with the demands of the business Show up on time for scheduled shifts Communicate clearly Stock products and supplies Clean, mop, sweep and scrub kitchen facilities and restrooms Clean dishes to food safety standards Clean, power wash and scrub exterior patio, grounds and parking area Remove trash from cage area to dumpster Unload boxes and rotate products Repair and maintain equipment Prepare milk wash for the breading station Complete boil outs and change filters for all fryers Operate Mil-tek Baler cardboard machine Maintain floor drains and mop sink Clean up bodily fluids (as needed) Maintain elite food safety standards - maintaining proper hot water temperature, proper sanitizing solution levels, proper chemical storage, etc. Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times Maintain elite food safety standards Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A Train Team Members-in-Training Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assignedRequirements:
Able to lift, push, pull and carry or otherwise move 50 pounds regularly Able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue Able to stand for extended periods of time Basic mathematical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 18 years old Repair or custodial experience (preferred)Availability Requirements:
Must be available to work Friday and Saturday Must be available to work either an opening Utilities shift (starting at 5 am) or a closing Utilities shift (ending at 11:00 pm) at the restaurant daily Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Most Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
