Responsibilities Prepare high-quality pizza and food items according to company recipes and standards, ensuring freshness and presentation. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to take orders accurately, process payments, and handle cash with precision. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu options, and upselling items to enhance their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with food handling duties including baking, topping assembly, and packaging to ensure timely delivery of orders. Support team members in bussing tables, restocking supplies, and managing the overall flow of the restaurant during busy hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential! Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates.
