This role is ideal for someone who enjoys baking, food preparation, and working behind the scenes to help a bakery run smoothly. As part of our team, you'll assist with production, packaging, kitchen organization, and sanitation while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and creative environment. Responsibilities Assist with ingredient prep and basic baking tasks Package and label orders accurately and neatly Wash dishes, baking tools, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen Organize inventory, supplies, and workstations Support food production during busy periods Follow food safety and health guidelines at all times (Food Handlers I"s Required) Help maintain an efficient, organized kitchen environment Qualifications Flexibility in scheduling is required in this role. •This role requires schedule flexibility, especially during peak production periods.•Availability may vary based on production and seasonal demand.

Commercial kitchen, bakery, culinary, or food service experience required.•Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling practices is required.•Positive attitude and reliable work ethic Ability to work well as part of a team
